Product Overview
VCI film is a polyethylene film produced by mixing VCI masterbatch with PE masterbatch through blow molding. It is a high-tech packaging material used for the packaging, storage, and transportation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals to prevent rust.

Anti-Rust Principle
The film continuously releases VCI anti-rust particles that adhere to the surface of the packaged object, cutting off contact between moisture, oxygen, and other corrosive substances. This disrupts the corrosion mechanism, achieving effective rust prevention.

- Particles adhere to the metal surface
- An invisible protective layer is formed

Usage Precautions
- Products must be sealed during packaging
- Products must be clean and rust-free before packaging
- Wear gloves when packaging — avoid direct hand contact with parts
- Consider whether the product has undergone any other chemical treatment before packaging
- Do not exceed 60°C during packaging,store sealed in a dry, cool place away from chemicals and direct sunlight.
- Avoid outdoor operations, direct sunlight, moisture, rain, and foggy conditions
- For oversized items, add auxiliary agents
- Seal and store unused VCI film promptly
